My name is Curtis Wilcoxen and I am a tattoo artist at Neon Moon Studio. We are located at 15626 Manchester Rd. in Ellisville, MO. I practice and study many styles of tattooing and customize work for my clients.

I have been an artist all my life. I fell in love with tattooing immediately. Tattooing has been the most rewarding and the most challenging of all the mediums.
